He’ll help you through the pre-approval and assist you in uploading financial documents to our secure online portal. Kacie is responsible for event planning, lead acquisition and retention, website / graphic design, digital strategy, social media management, and technological solutions. Once your loan moves past the pre qualification stage, Beth is tasked with overseeing the processing of your transaction from start to finish with the highest level of customer service. She has extensive processing experience and ensures all parties involved with the transaction are up to date with loan contingencies or lock commitment.
All of our supporting processors each have over 20 years experience and are very important to your transaction. They work hard as the liaisons between you and underwriting by preparing a complete loan package for submission and communicating items needed for approval. They also provide weekly updates to all parties associated with the transaction to facilitate the loan process.
